This website provides information about SRM Genie, our health and safety software platform, consultancy support, training services and related services.

7. Consultancy and training services
Where consultancy, competent person support, training, audits, inspections, document preparation or other professional services are provided, the scope of work will be confirmed separately.
Any dates, delivery methods, locations, personnel, outputs, assumptions, exclusions and client responsibilities will be agreed as part of the relevant proposal, booking confirmation, purchase order or contract.
8. Client responsibilities
To allow us to provide services effectively, you may be required to provide accurate and timely information, access to relevant documents, access to personnel, access to sites, user details, technical information or other information reasonably required for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays, incomplete outputs or limitations caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by a client.
9. Payment terms
Payment terms will be set out in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal, order form or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in line with the payment terms stated on the invoice.
We reserve the right to suspend services, access or support where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms, subject to any specific terms in the relevant agreement.
10. Taxes and VAT
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown on this website or in proposals may be exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.
Where VAT is applicable, it will be charged at the appropriate rate.
11. Cancellations, postponements and changes

Where no specific cancellation terms have been agreed, we reserve the right to charge for reasonable costs already incurred, work already completed, committed delivery time, travel, accommodation or other expenses.
